Car Farm

by Mohit Jayal

Just ahead of Jonapur village, seven odd kilometers south of Andheria More, you will find the finest (and only?) car museum in Delhi.

Diljeet Titus has lovingly restored some of the world’s most beautiful automobiles and generously put them on display at his farmhouse.

The museum is a must-see. There are shiny red Chevys, Mercedes roadsters, a WW2 Jeep, a pink Caddy, a magnificent 1934 Rolls, and the greatest looking Buick ever built.

Every machine has been perfectly restored, and there isn’t a speck of dust on them – which is miraculous considering the huge volumes of dust blowing in from Gurgaon’s sprawling construction sites.

Go there. It’ll make you smile.
