Take a break in Kala Ghoda

by Sameer Kulavoor

Nestled in the heart of Kala Ghoda art district, South Bombay, Kala Ghoda Café is a small space with an informal, friendly vibe.

Interiors and furniture design are a marriage of classic and contemporary, with the ceiling is designed to let the daylight in and the old brick walls are painted white. The wooden mezzanine is tiny and cozy, and the perfect combination of a well picked and updated music playlist, chocolate cake, good coffee, cookies, teas and the occasional art and photography on the walls create a unique ambiance.

A peaceful getaway, a cut-off from the noise, Kala Ghoda Café is the perfect place to go and pen your lurking thoughts or doodle a few hours away.
