For the inspiring and the unbelievable, the cutting edge and the traditional, the beautiful and the bizarre. The India Tube tells you all about that nice cafe in India you are hoping to find. It's about the insight, not the information. Welcome.

Meet for coffee at the Oberoi Gurgaon

by The India Tube

The new Oberoi Gurgaon is architecturally stunning and absolutely worth a visit. The food, drinks by the pool or the upcoming and promising shopping arcade would be good enough reasons to go, but what we suggest is you take an afternoon break and go to Threesixtyone, their restaurant and café, to enjoy a cup of coffee.

For at least three reasons. Number one: the coffee is perfect. The Oberoi Gurgaon has its own blend - the management asked for twenty different blends of their favourite varieties of coffee to be made and picked their favourite amongst them. We think their choice was brilliant.

Number two: sitting inside Threesixtyone is great, perhaps even better than sitting outside (which isn't much of a summer option anyway). Make sure your seat looks out to the pool as the view will give you the pretty spectacular illusion of "floating" on the water.

Number three: the coffee is served on an elegant silver tray of the perfect size - you'll know what size that is once you see it - and is accompanied by delicious biscuits. Isn't it what everyone secretly hopes, when ordering the best coffee ever, for it to come with unsolicited homemade cookies?

So call a friend and go have coffee at Threesixtyone. You'll have a lovely time (the person who's not facing the pool only slightly less so).
