Delicious kulchas in Amritsar

You can have kulcha pretty much anywhere in North India. But when you taste kulcha in Punjab it's a whole different story. And then when you have one of Kulcha Land's kulchas in Amritsar, well, you realise whatever you've had been calling kulcha before was probably something else.

When you arrive at Kulcha Land, none hands you a menu. The waiter asks you if you want water, or a soft drink, then brings you a small bowl of chole and onions (chickpeas). And then, the aloo kulcha arrives. Because really, what else would you want to have?

Crispy, hot, and deliciously buttery, Kulcha Land's stuffed kulcha has been around for generations and is still pulling crowds. Traditionally accompanied by perfect chole, we're talking about something you can't miss if you're in Amritsar.

And don't you try and say things like it's not healthy. That's not the point. Ask for a second round instead, and enjoy.
